When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand your organisation’s needs and arrange any requested discussion. Do not include sensitive personal information or production application material in the website form.

Public demonstration

The public demo uses synthetic data. Files selected or actions taken in the demo are intended only to illustrate the workflow and must not be relied on for lodgement, construction or statutory purposes. The public demonstration accepts no genuine application documents.

The separate applicant and reviewer pages on the public website are synthetic product demonstrations. They do not represent authenticated operational accounts or production role-based access.

Pilots and operational data

Information handling, access, retention, hosting and deletion arrangements for any pilot or live deployment would be documented and agreed with the participating organisation before operational data is used.

Before genuine local government documents are processed, the evaluation must operate under an approved NDA and data-handling schedule. This interim public privacy notice is not a substitute for those controls.

PlanScout does not publish unverified provider, hosting, retention or corporate details as current operational facts.
