PlanScout does not issue permits, make statutory decisions or replace registered practitioners, professional assessment, or existing lodgement, document management and records systems.

All demo people, projects and organisations are fictional. Demo reports and documents are illustrative only and must not be lodged, used for construction or treated as evidence of compliance.

Evidence previews and source references

Evidence previews, extracted values and source references in the public demonstration are illustrative. In an operational workflow, an authorised reviewer must verify the underlying source document before recording an outcome. A PlanScout evidence status is not a professional assessment, statutory conclusion or representation that a requirement has been satisfied.

A completed demonstration review is not an official local government record, permit decision or assessment outcome.

Availability

The website and demo may change as PlanScout is developed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that demonstration outputs are complete or suitable for a particular workflow.
